At YAK BRANDING, every product is custom-made just for you. As such, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds.
Please review the following details:

No Returns: Since all items are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

No Refunds: Once an order is placed and processed, it is non-refundable. Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will review your claim and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Modifications: Changes to your order may be possible if requested promptly and before production begins. Once the order is in production, no modifications can be made.
